Ceremony and ritual are an integral part of the human experience. Central to this has been the use of altars or places in which sacred space has been held to pray, heal, rejoice, gather and remember.
Join us for a workshop in which we will explore different types of altars, their uses and how to incorporate key elements based on your intentions. We will share practices and tools that can be included as part of your personal ritual and will experience in communion the creation of our community altar charged with love, community and set with our personal intentions. Our altar will remain on display through November 3 as part of the Dia De Los Muertos display.
You are invited to bring two personal items to charge on our community altar. One that may be left on the community altar for display through November 3, and one that you may take with you at the end of the workshop charged with all of our blessings
